Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and STN regarding use of the Site.
